...in this hands-on masterclass. Help our chef prepare, fillet, brine & cook only the best of wild Atlantic seafood. Hot smoked Irish salmon, local mussels and West Coast mackerel are cooked in our unique oak-chip seafood smoking oven. The workshop ends with a generous helping of the finished product and matching white wines.
