Poached & Dressed Whole Salmon Workshop


In this workshop…

...learn the age-old Irish tradition of cooking and dressing organic Irish salmon using the original method of poaching whole fish in a specially made ‘fish kettle’. Poaching the fish in an aromatic salmon broth until just cooked. Dressing the cooled fish with marinated cucumber, citrus cream, cheese and condiments. Afterward quests can enjoy their creation with homemade seaweed bread.
